Supporting emotional wellness is the core of what I do. I find that in many cases, the root cause of illness and physical dysfunction comes from stress and emotional discomfort. With acupuncture treatment, many patients find they handle stress more easily. Sleep becomes restful and daily life is comfortable and more rewarding. I commonly hear patients say, “I haven’t felt like this since I was a kid” or “I feel more like myself.” Acupuncture can literally change your life!
Treatment for Emotional Wellness
Many people come to me for help coping with stress, navigating life transitions, or simply to feel their best. Maybe your body is “talking” to you. Maybe you feel yourself on the verge of a breaking point. When physical symptoms start to appear, or you find that you are having a hard time coping, I am here to help.
And acupuncture is not just a medicine for illness. Fortunately, preventive treatment based upon nourishing the whole person is emphasized. Acupuncture can also open you up to new dimensions of yourself that you may never have discovered before, which will positively impact you and the people around you.

What I Recommend
For emotional wellness, I suggest a foundation of weekly treatments for 5 weeks. You can then choose ongoing treatment every other week or monthly.
