Acupuncture and herbal medicine can restore your health naturally and gently.
Looking for a Holistic Solution?
A holistic health approach means thinking about the big picture. Acupuncture addresses the whole person, including physical, mental, and emotional health. It also takes social factors into consideration. Frequently, people ask if acupuncture can treat whatever disorder they have. The answer is very often yes. Acupuncture is a powerful and effective holistic solution for both diagnosed illnesses and vague feelings of being unwell.
Acupuncture Can Help!
Maybe you have received a diagnosis from a doctor. Maybe you have researched your symptoms and think you know what it might be. You might just feel off, like something is wrong. Often, patients have come to me describing sensations of tightness, heat or cold, a foggy feeling, and many other things that are not easily categorized. Fortunately, acupuncture can help! If you are looking for a holistic alternative to taking medication, acupuncture may be right for you. Similarly, if you simply want to take a proactive approach to your health, acupuncture may be right for you. To emphasize, I treat the whole person rather than treating individual symptoms. Please contact me if you have questions regarding your specific condition.
I see many types of internal imbalances in my practice. Here are the most common cases I treat:
- Stomach pain
- Nausea and indigestion
- Constipation or diarrhea
- Dizziness or vertigo
- Chest tightness or palpitations
- Heavy or foggy feeling
- Urinary urgency or frequency
- Menstrual irregularity
- Hot flashes and night sweats
- Low libido
- Easily catching colds
- Recovery from chemotherapy or surgery
- And much more
What I Recommend
For holistic health, I suggest weekly treatments for 5 weeks. Weekly treatments are followed by treatment every other week for 5 weeks. Ideally, monthly or seasonal maintenance is recommended as a follow-up plan. Additionally, I often recommend herbal formulas to reinforce your acupuncture treatments.
